Live Plant Refunds

All live plants ordered for delivery/shipping are final sale with exceptions. Refunds are available on deceased plants, with photo proof plant was dead upon arrival and with proof of receipt. 

Live plants purchased in store are eligible for return within 15 days. with proof of purchase.

 

Plant Necessities 

We do not offer refunds on ceramics, glassware, and delicate materials- contact our main office with questions about specific items and for more information.

Fertilizers, pesticides, as well as soil and soil amendments are available for refund with proof of receipt, within 30 days of sale.

All botanical art is final sale. Satisfaction in our design guaranteed, or you can return for a full refund or exchange for botanical art of equal value.
